phasync::getLoop
Returns the event loop, for code that waits with its low-level API (getSlot(), park() and unpark() of the returned object), or drives it in place (tick()).
Description#
public static phasync::getLoop(): EventLoopApplication code does not need it: the other methods of this class are the API of the loop. tick() runs the coroutines that are ready once, from a Fiber phasync did not start (an adapter's in-place wait), and puts the running coroutine and its frame back when it returns.
