Creates a console writing to $stream.

Description#

public Console::__construct(
    $stream = STDOUT,
    ?bool $color = null
)

Parameters#

$stream = STDOUT: Where write() and log() write
$color ?bool = null: Styled output; null: when $stream is a terminal, unless the NO_COLOR environment variable is set (or FORCE_COLOR is)
